I see all of my grandchildren fairly often,
but it's becoming a tradition to spend my Tuesdays with Alivia.
She usually comes down after her morning kindergarten class.
Those are my "very low strength" reading glasses she's wearing.
I've noticed this habit started early in her young life.
If my glasses were laying close by -
she couldn't resist picking them up.

This of course led to her eventually putting them on -
especially during experiments with a disastrous material called goop -
Here she is grading my paper -
and here she is trying to think of another project for me.
My assignment was to take pictures of birds, which I did....
Song Sparrow
....and then draw a picture of one for her mom !!!!
This was our drawing, -but as Alivia was leaving that evening,
I noticed the drawing had become a little more colorful.
She said her mom liked "red" birds better!

Are you like the sweetest grandma alive or what? Poop and drawing birds, that's every kids dream! You need to get that girl a pair of her own bifocals with a nice chain.
I think Olivia is beautiful and you are so blessed to have each other. You are so fortunate to have your grandchildren in your life. I miss mine so very much. You may be a new blogger but your blog is wonderful and I look forward to following it. God Bless my new blogger friend.
Oh my gosh look how much sweet Alivia has grown....I have just got to get back to blogging as I am missing everyone, I have been finding time to read blogs lately and that takes more time than doing an actual post so I should be okay. Missing you my friend, big hugs to Alivia, xo
